Patch notes v0.4

Balance Changes:

- Red tail shark's sand attack does less damage 

- Thresher shark attacks deal significantly more damage

- Granrojo Jellyfish's shock has increased range

- Decreased Lobster's special's heal from 30% max hp to 15%

- Cuttlefish's utility now weakens nearby enemies

- Increased Cuttlefish's primary damage

Bug fixes:

- Fixed layering  issues with the players' "legs"

- Fixed hermit crab's math with ability cooldowns
